PAN er det mest anvendte materiale til de fleste kulfiberprodukter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Karboniser det<\/strong>: Forvarm forl\u00f8beren til 2.000\u20133.000 \u00b0C i vakuum. Herved forbr\u00e6ndes alt undtagen kulstoffet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overfladebehandling<\/strong>: Dette trin sikrer, at fibrene binder sig til andre materialer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>St\u00f8rrelser<\/strong>: Der p\u00e5f\u00f8res et tyndt lag beskyttende bel\u00e6gning. Perfekt til almindelige form\u00e5l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mellemmodul<\/strong>: St\u00f8rre stivhed; anvendes til form\u00e5l, der kr\u00e6ver ekstra stivhed, f.eks. komponenter til luftfartsindustrien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>H\u00f8j modul<\/strong>: Superstiv, men sk\u00f8r. Egnet til specialiserede, stabile anvendelser (f.eks. satellitter).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Hver type har et bestemt form\u00e5l, og derfor finder man forskellige typer kulfiber i forskellige brancher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-arbon-fiber-reinforced-polymers-cfrp-the-game-changer\"><strong>Kulfiberforst\u00e6rkede polymerer (CFRP): En banebrydende innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Man h\u00f8rer ofte om CFRP i sportsvogne, fly og h\u00f8jtydende motorcykler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er her, kulfiber og polymerharpiks smelter sammen og skaber et materiale, der er let at forme, men alligevel utroligt robust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CFRP udnytter det bedste ved kulfiber (styrke, lethed) og kombinerer det med polymerernes fleksibilitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er derfor, vi ser CFRP i alt fra cykelstel til bilkarosserier \u2013 det giver styrke, form og holdbarhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At fremstille kulfiber er komplekst og involverer flere trin.
