Le fibre continue vengono tirate attraverso un bagno di resina e poi trafilate in una matrice riscaldata, formando un profilo consistente come quello di un <a href=\"https:\/\/dycarbonfiber.com\/it\/prodotti-03\/tubi-in-fibra-di-carbonio\/\"><strong data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1179\">1 tubo in fibra di carbonio<\/strong><\/a> o anche travi lunghe. Questo metodo crea uniformit\u00e0 su tutta la lunghezza, rendendolo efficiente per i grandi volumi di produzione.<\/p><p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1639\">Il roll-wrapping funziona in modo diverso. Fogli di tessuto in fibra di carbonio pre-impregnato vengono avvolti attorno a un mandrino, compattati sotto pressione e quindi polimerizzati. Questo metodo offre una maggiore libert\u00e0 di orientamento delle fibre, consentendo una regolazione precisa della rigidit\u00e0 e della resistenza.
